Update the existing
sbt/setup-sbtpin from v1.5.1 to v1.5.7 in Scala CI, Scala Xlang Test, and Scala IDL Tests. The new action and its full transitive dependency chain are present in the Apache allowlist. Existing JDK versions, test commands, anddisk-cache: falsebehavior remain unchanged.Local checks:
